Way its good as a cameraman to look crazy ?
Its a matter of giving the person in front of the lens more save feeling so he can act more naturaly.
If you look like a crazy cowboy the attention to all the technik get lost.
He will have the feeling What is that for crazy guy?
and feel more worthfull .
Most peopel in front of the lens are not proffessional Actors.If you want to shoot them nice or powerfull you have to support them more then just a good light and lens.
Probably it also work with clown shoos too.
Many Fashion Photographer use the same psycho technik.
